Muninova Holdings Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) respects the privacy of its customers and handles information that can identify specific individuals (hereinafter the “personal information”) with due care, based on its corporate philosophy of "Earn the trust of society through corporate activity based in integrity."     5. Communication, cooperation, and contract management with contractors, partners, and other related parties within the scope necessary for business operations
    6. Consideration and implementation of M&A, business reorganization, business succession, capital policy, and other related matters within the Company or Muninova group
    7. Other operations incidental to or related to the foregoing items
  4. Compliance with Laws, National Guidelines, and Other Norms (hereinafter the “Laws, etc.”)
  5. ・The Company strive to constantly understand the laws, national guidelines, and other norms related to businesses handling personal information. The Company ensures that such requirements are communicated to employees engaged in the Company’s operations (hereinafter referred to as “Employees”) and complied with.

  7. ・In order to prevent risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company establishes and maintains a system that implements appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical security measures.

    ・The Company regularly inspects its handling of personal information and promptly corrects any violations or incidents identified, while also implementing preventive measures against potential vulnerabilities.

    ・The Company provides thorough education and training to Employees regarding the proper management of personal information.

  9. ・The Company has established a dedicated contact desk for inquiries concerning personal information in order to respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and consultations related to the handling of personal information.

  10. Continuous Improvement
  11. ・The Company conducts periodic audits regarding the handling of personal information and makes every effort to ensure the appropriate implementation of this Privacy Policy.

  12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
  13. ・The Company may revise the contents of this Privacy Policy without prior notice.
    Any revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is posted on this page or otherwise notified to the relevant individuals in accordance with the Company’s prescribed procedures.

Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces

Muninova Holdings Inc. declares the following basic policy to prevent the damaging effects of antisocial forces.

  1. Muninova Holdings will have no relationship with antisocial forces of any kind.
  2. Muninova Holdings will cooperate with external specialist organizations such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers, and respond in an organized and appropriate manner to prevent the damaging effects of antisocial forces.
  3. Muninova Holdings will reject any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces and take legal responses in a resolute manner.
  4. Muninova Holdings will not finance or make any backdoor trades with antisocial forces.
  5. Muninova Holdings will ensure the safety of employees who deal with unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.
